R.I.C.H. Connect
(Rich in Confidence & Hope)
R.I.C.H. Connect (Rich in Confidence & Hope) empowers underserved youth (ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-24), both in secure detention and the community, with essential workforce readiness skills. This includes resume building, goal setting, application practice, interviewing, money management, and soft employment skills. The program bridges the gap between re-entry and success by connecting individuals to second chance opportunities, mental health support, community service providers, mentorship, and aftercare. By addressing the lack of partnerships for underserved youth and those facing significant challenges, R.I.C.H. Connect helps prepare participants for reintegration and long-term success.
Enriching Young Minds (EYM)
Offers vital emotional and social support for teens in secure detention. Through meal sharing, games, and engaging discussions, we provide compassionate support to help these youth thrive despite their challenges.
Independent Living
This program provides stable housing for adults at risk of homelessness, with a special focus on young adult males reentering society and those in extended foster care. This supportive housing initiative offers a safe living environment, life skills training in areas such as financial literacy and personal development, employment assistance including job placement and career counseling and case management. Our goal is to empower participants to build independence and create a brighter future.
Re-engagement Center
We’re excited to announce that our Re-engagement Center will be opening in Fall 2025! This drop-in hub will be a vital resource for youth and young adults, offering workforce services such as job training, career counseling, and employment assistance. The center will also provide educational support through tutoring, workshops, and access to academic resources, along with essential services like meals and clothing to help individuals thrive. Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare to launch this incredible space and continue empowering our community!
